According to The Wall Street Journal, Amazon will soon open a new brick-and-mortar store across the street from the Empire State Building in what is believed to be a test of the physical location concept.
Apparently, the store will function as a "mini warehouse, with limited inventory for same-day delivery within New York, products returns and exchanges, and pickups of online orders."
